The technology landscape has profoundly changed over the last few years. Some of our efforts aim to accelerate existing processes and workflows using AI. With this project, we are exploring methods of Bible Translation that maximally leverage multimodal AI technology by approaching the task with an open, "blank slate" mindset.

Project Overview

• Leverage cutting-edge AI technology to reduce the time and cost of Bible translation.
• Empower local translators and communities to take ownership of the translation process themselves, providing them with accessible, AI-powered tools and support to create translations for their communities.
• Catalyze a paradigm shift in the field of Bible translation by openly sharing the AI tools, insights, and best practices developed throughout the project, enabling a decentralized, scalable approach where AI-assisted translation by empowered locals becomes the norm.
